Privacy Policy

Indented Software ("we", "us", or "our") operates the SportCam and StreamSmart iOS applications (the "Apps"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our Apps.

Information We Collect

Most data you create or enter within the Apps (such as videos, saved preferences, and subscription entries) is stored locally on your device. The only information transmitted to our servers is what is strictly necessary to deliver push notifications, as described below.

Camera and Photo Library Access

SportCam requests access to your device camera and photo library solely to capture and display video for analysis within the App. This media never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share it using your device's built-in sharing features.

Analytics and Crash Reporting

We may use Apple's built-in analytics (aggregated and anonymized usage data shared through App Store Connect) to understand how our Apps are used and to improve performance. This data is collected by Apple and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs.

Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, the following information is transmitted to and stored on our servers solely to operate the notification service:

• APNs device token — a unique identifier issued by Apple used to route notifications to your device.
• Streaming subscription data — the show and subscription details you enter in StreamSmart, used to determine when and what notifications to send (for example, reminders about upcoming renewals or new content).

This information is used exclusively to deliver notifications you have requested. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties. Apple acts as the delivery intermediary via the Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. You can disable notifications at any time in your device's Settings, and we will delete your stored token and associated data within 30 days of opt-out.

Third-Party Services

Our Apps do not integrate third-party advertising networks, social media SDKs, or any other third-party service that collects personal data.

Children's Privacy

Our Apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The only server-side data we store is voluntarily provided notification data, and we do not knowingly accept this data from users under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local app data (videos, preferences, subscription entries) can be deleted at any time by removing the App from your device. For server-side notification data (your APNs token and associated subscription details), we will delete it within 30 days of you disabling notifications or uninstalling the App. To request immediate deletion, contact us at support@indentedsoftware.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
